Brandi Adam Mueller is a Managing Director of The Overture Group; who works with clients strategically to solve their talent needs.

With over 20 years’ experience in Executive Search and Talent Strategy in the Midwest, Brandi professionally facilitates the entire recruiting process between a client and candidates. Passionate about understanding motivations, and communicating career opportunities, Brandi’s strong emotional intelligence enables her to identify a candidate’s top achievements to accurately match to the client’s culture and expectations. Her ability to build trust with both the clients and candidates is the connecting link in the recruiting process.

Successful in placing financial, technical and “C-Level” positions, her track record includes various industries and positions in manufacturing and distribution, finance and insurance, healthcare, construction and professional service firms.

Brandi is a 2015 CBJ Women of Influence recipient, serves as Board Chair for Youthport and is a board member of YPN. She was a recipient of the Corridor Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 in 2010 and is a Leadership for Five Seasons 2009 alumna and graduate of Leadership Iowa.

Brandi earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Human Resources from the University of Northern Iowa. She lives in Cedar Rapids, Iowa with her family and is proud of her agriculture roots. She enjoys traveling, boating and cooking.

Bob Lindeman is a Managing Director with The Overture Group. His consulting experience includes 25 years as a partner at RSM McGladrey, a major national accounting and consulting firm, performing a variety of engagements in such industries as manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, associations and professional services.

Bob has performed the following types of consulting services over his 30 plus years career in consulting:

• Executive and management compensation and recruitment
• Ownership and management succession plan development and transition planning
• Organizational design/organizational planning
• Strategic planning
• Profit enhancement and financial planning
• Annual, sales force and long-term incentive plan design and implementation
• Advisory board development

Bob currently sits on three privately held boards – he chairs the compensation committee and functions as the lead director on one of them. In addition, he also sits on the Catholic Charities Board of Greater Chicagoland and is the Vice Chairman of the Audit and Compensation Committees. Bob is a past member of the AICPA’s Consulting Services Executive Committee, RSM McGladrey and Pullen’s Board of Directors and Executive Management Committee.

Bob is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He also has attended numerous graduate-level courses in Organizational Behavior and Business Strategy at the Benedictine University. In addition he completed the two year RSM McGladrey Business Advisory Program through the University of Chicago in 2003. Bob is currently a registered Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois and a Certified Exit Planner (ownership and management succession).

John Liacone is a Managing Director with The Overture Group working with clients on solving their staffing and recruiting needs. John has over 20 years of experience providing executive search, interim staffing, human resources management and career transition services that have helped guide organizations and individuals to meet their goals and objectives.

John started his career over 30 years ago in the financial industry as a Manager / Director of Information Technologies. After serving in that role for 8 years, John then decided to make a career transition into executive recruiting. Since that time, John has worked in various talent management environments including corporate recruiting, consulting, contingency and executive retained search/interim staffing and career transition services. Prior to joining The Overture Group in 2010, John was a Director at RSM McGladrey where he led the Executive Search/Interim Staffing Practice.

John also was a Human Resources Manager for a major steel distributor. During his tenure with this employer, he worked in staffing and recruiting while leading employee relations. This role involved strategic planning, benefits administration, compensation, organizational development, and employee relations.

John earned a BS degree in Information Technology with a secondary focus on Business Law / Accounting from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago. He has completed graduate studies in Business Administration at Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois.
